Welcome to Facepro! These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your relationship with Facepro (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our services available on facepro.app (the “Website”) and associated mobile applications (“Mobile App”). By using our services, you agree to these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

1.1. These T&Cs constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Facepro.

1.2. By accessing or using our Website, Mobile App, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1.3. Communication regarding these T&Cs can be sent to help@facepro.app.

1.4. The Client is advised to review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we process personal data.

2. Definitions

2.1. Unless otherwise stated, the following terms have the meanings assigned below:

(a) Agreement: These T&Cs for providing digital services concluded online by the Company and the Client.

(b) Client: The user of the Company’s digital services.

(c) Company: Facepro, operating via facepro.app and related platforms.

(d) Digital Content: Face-reading analyses and related digital products provided by the Company.

(e) Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the Company and the Client for the sale of digital content or services.

(f) Services: Face-reading analyses and associated digital services provided through the Website or Mobile App.

3. Services and Subscriptions

3.1. Digital Services: The Company provides face-reading services for entertainment purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional advice.

3.2. Subscription Plans: Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3.3. Trials:

• The Company offers a 3-day paid trial, which automatically converts to a monthly subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

• The cost of the trial is non-refundable.

3.4. Cancellation: Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account settings or by contacting help@facepro.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1. Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. The Company does not store financial data.

4.2. Prices are displayed in Euros unless otherwise indicated.

4.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Clients will be charged at the current subscription rate.

4.4. Refund Policy:

• Clients can request a refund if dissatisfied with the service. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds, if granted, are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights, including digital content and reports, are owned by the Company.

5.2. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of digital content is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1. Face-reading services are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice.

6.2. The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the services.

6.3. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including internet outages or third-party failures.

7. Age Restrictions

7.1. Facepro services are intended for adults, but there is no minimum age requirement.

7.2. Legal guardians are responsible for ensuring minors use the platform appropriately.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. The Company processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

8.2. By using the services, you consent to the processing of your data by third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal, for payment purposes.

9. Termination

9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these T&Cs or misuse of the services.

9.2. Terminated accounts will lose access to all digital content and services.

10. Updates to T&Cs

10.1. These T&Cs may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted on the Website, and significant changes will be communicated via email.

10.2. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

11. Jurisdiction

11.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts unless prohibited by applicable law.

12. Complaints

12.1. Complaints regarding services can be submitted via email to help@facepro.app.

12.2. Complaints will be acknowledged and resolved within 14 calendar days.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or technical failures.

13.2. Entire Agreement: These T&Cs, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.
